At our mobility store, we offer a wide range of equipment for rent and for sale, including mobility scooters, power chairs,
lift chairs, and more. Our knowledgeable staff can help you find the right equipment to meet your needs and budget,
but here is a list of our customers frequently asked questions at Mobility City of Oklahoma.

About/Showroom:

9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, 10am to 2pm Saturdays

There is always a trained person in the showroom that can assist. They will ask questions to understand your specific need and we will suggest products to fit that need.

We are happy to deliver and set up the equipment in your home.

Purchasing & Payment:

Yes. We appreciate our veterans and offer a veterans discount.

We have financing through Acima. Please contact our store for details.

All of our pricing is set with seniors in mind, but we don’t have a set seniors discount.

We do have specials from time to time. Please contact the store for current specials.

We are not currently set up to file insurance.

We try to have a range of products in our inventory to suit needs, size, and budgets.

We do not buy used equipment, but we have a consignment program designed to help you sell yours. Some prefer to try to sell it themselves. Others want to donate their equipment. If you choose to donate, we recommend the Paralyzed Veterans of America charity organization.

Rentals:

We rent most types of equipment. The most popular rentals include scooters, hospital beds, wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, lift chairs, and knee walkers.

For most types of equipment, we offer rental durations from a day to a month.

Yes, we can!

There is a delivery fee based on the distance away from our store.

Yes, we can! It is common for us to deliver and pick up wheelchairs, scooters, and lift chairs from hotels. Front desk personnel are happy to receive them when we deliver and hold them for us to pick up. Please speak to your hotel about this.

No, we do not.

For some of the larger purchases, we recommend that you try before you buy. If you rent from us and decide to buy, we will apply half of the rent paid toward the purchase of a new unit of what you rented.

We have provided rental equipment to passengers arriving at our local airports. We are happy to deliver the equipment to the airport.

Please call our store. We will arrange for the equipment to be there when you arrive.

Repairs:

Yes we can! We are happy to make house calls!

Please call and advise us of your area.

We service all types of electric mobility scooters.

If you are dropping it off, no appointment is needed. If you will be waiting for the repair, please schedule your visit so that we can be certain that a technician is available at that time.

Technicians:

All of our technicians have passed background checks.

In-Home Delivery:

We routinely cover central Oklahoma but gone as far as neighboring states. Please give us a call to ask about delivery to your area.

Delivery of equipment purchased from our showroom is usually delivered by the end of the next day.

Products & Equipment:

Yes we do!

Yes you can. We do this frequently with our customers.

Yes, we are factory authorized service for many brands. We will take care of your equipment regardless of where you bought it.

Yes, of course. We understand you need your equipment and are happy to help you wherever you reside.

We stock replacement batteries for most sizes and can schedule replacement at our store or your residence.

No, we do not. Lithium batteries come in too many shapes and sizes for us to stock, but we can usually get them in rapidly.

Yes, we can sell you just the batteries for you to install yourself.

Yes we have chargers of the most common sizes available.

We do not buy used equipment, but we have a consignment program designed to help you sell yours. Some prefer to try to sell it themselves. Others want to donate their equipment. If you choose to donate, we recommend the Paralyzed Veterans of America charity organization.

Yes we do! And we invite you to come in and “test drive” the equipment to see what best suits you.

Yes, we can assist your warranty claims for most manufacturers.

Yes, we have a variety of higher weight capacity equipment in stock. We service it too, at our store or at your location.

Sanitization:

We can sanitize all types of equipment.

No, it won’t.

We use two types of sanitization – a spray liquid, and 220 degree steam

We can sanitize where the equipment is.
